My experience with this company has been a nightmare from the very beginning. Renee from customer service demonstrated a complete lack of care or concern for customers. I was shocked to learn that services can be installed without a lease agreement or proof of residency — someone even installed service at my property without my consent.Despite repeatedly explaining that I work from home and urgently needed my service restored, I never received a clear answer about when a technician would arrive. The only response I was given was, “someone will be there within 24 hours.” There were no updates, no follow-ups, and no effort to reassure me that my issue was being addressed.As a result, I lost an entire day of work because my service remained down and the issue was not resolved promptly. After a couple of months with this company, all I’ve experienced is poor communication, disorganization, and a total lack of accountability.I would strongly caution anyone considering their services — my experience has been nothing but frustration and disappointment

They had a crew come to my home to bury the fiber optic line which wrapped around my house from the road because they could not go under my driveway and they ruptured my main waterline and did not disclose it to me and when confronted about it, the gentleman who was doing the work didn’t speak any English whatsoever, so could not communicate with me on anything. I called customer service and they sent the same team back and they showed me that the water was working outside, but I showed them that the water was not working inside and then they left again without disclosing anything. I do not think I would recommend this company for anybody.

Just had a rep knock on my door.I let them have it just like the last one.Came through a year ago and tore up our lawns without repairing anything. A lot of it was done in our yards instead of the easements. Made a mess. Didn't clean anything up. Called in at the time. Zero response.So this guy tells me that I have to be patient. It was just installed a year ago. I told him, if my credit card company calls me up and says "where's your payment", what do you think they are going to say if I tell them "I sent one recently, like 12 months ago". I said, they're gonna say I'm out of my mind. A year and still waiting is not acceptable. You're never gonna get my business.

had this service installed 10 days ago. Haven't been able to watch tv since. both my phone and tv say weak signal. the costumer service is awful. Haven't even heard back from them in days. Don't sign up. 0 stars

Our house took the leap of faith to install Wire 3 once they got laid down in our neighborhood in Port Saint Lucie. We had some initial issues due to a faulty cable from the router but after troubleshooting and replacing it, we have had no issues ever since. Service was installed during the last week of July and we have had maybe 30 minutes of down time in the three months we've had it. Speeds are ripping fast and *almost* as advertised- I pay for the 2.5GB service and I seem to top out around 2.1GB but I'm not complaining about that. The routers they provide are top shelf and really allow you to flex that connection across all your devices. Customer service is excellent too - if you have an issue, you can always shoot them a text and they are very prompt in their responses. If you're looking to break away from Xfinity or AT&T, this is about as good a bet you're going to get on the Treasure Coast.

If I could give zero stars I would! Installation left the wire across my yard and driveway for going on 3 months now. I've made multiple calls to complain, and I'm only told they will escalate it. I'm thinking of going back to my old provider, this is ridiculous

I work Remotely. And for several years, I have been struggling with my internet. It has been the worst experience ever. On Thursday 10/17 I Was approached by Tom. Tom from the moment he spoke Convinced me to switch internet providers. The Set up process was fast and absolutely amazing. I right away set everything up to work. Just to test it out. Before I could even pick up the phone, Tom was checking on my process. When I tell you the outcome of this internet has been absolutely amazing. My son won't stop running in my room Bragging How fast His PlayStation is loading. Absolutely. 10 out of 10 the best experience and the best choice was to switch to wire 3. And I definitely give all the thanks to Tom for being So amazing at what he does.

My service buffets daily, since the day it started! I'm actually extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in my decision to switch from my previous Internet service provider! They also made me put both boxes in my bedroom, which lights up my room at night and is probably why the service isn't at it's best! I wish this could be fixed.
