I’ve had Wire3 for about four months now and I’ve been really impressed. I switched over from Spectrum after years of dealing with inconsistent speeds, and the difference was noticeable right away. The install tech did a great job and everything was clean and professional.I’m on the 10-gig plan and use my own firewall/router setup instead of the included eero. After a little tuning on my end, I consistently see around 8 Gbps down and 3 Gbps up during testing. I verify speeds using Speedtest (CLI and desktop) and iPerf3 across my network, which includes a mix of 2.5-gig and 10-gig devices. Everything performs great and has been very stable.Overall, fast service, solid reliability, and a big upgrade over my previous ISP. Highly recommend, especially if you’re a power user or run your own networking gear.

I received a quick call back from Wire 3. Caden at customer service was terrific. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and yet friendly. I was put completely at ease. Thanks for great customer service. This call had nothing to do with the internet which is super fast. It had to do with connecting my TV to wifi for watching YouTube and shortly youtube tv and disconnecting my current TV provider.

I canceled my service because the promotion ended the service sucks constantly going out we put up with it because of the price once they went up I canceled and went back to spectrum where their 1g outperforms 3wires 10g. Well after canceling my account with a rep they still charged my card 120 bucks and I can’t get them on the phone to fix it here’s a screenshot of the rep confirming cancellation and they still took my money. Consumer beware the service is second rate and the customer service is worst.

I created a problem with my router. After trying everything I knew how to do, I contacted my internet provider (wire 3) and within minutes Kimberly had responded and resolved the problem. I appreciate the quick response and competent service.
